Un veloce post solo per augurare a tutti Buona Pasqua…
Just a quick post to wish all an Happy Easter…
È mezzanotte sono in cucina, ho appena sfornato il pan brioche per la colazione pasquale. Poi domani i cannelloni, il pollo ripieno al forno (solo per le feste doppia razione di carne che ultimamente sto cercando di evitare per una dieta piú sana e ecosostenibile, ma questo é materiale per una altro post), la torta margherita di mamma che insieme ai cannelloni sono d´obbligo per un pranzo che possa essere definito pasquale in casa nostra…e per finire una bella pavlova. La pavlova era necessaria per smaltire i bianchi che avanzano dalla torta margherita. Ah dimenticavo gli antipasti: crostini con uova di quaglia e carciofi.
Insomma di uova se ne usano tante in questo periodo e le uova sono il simbolo internazionale della Pasqua é per questo che ho voluto fotografarle per questo speciale post di auguri.

A fast special post …
It’s midnight I am in the kitchen, I just finished to bake a braided brioche with ricotta salata cheese for Easter breakfast. Then tomorrow we will have cannelloni, stuffed chicken roasted in the oven (only for this festivity double ration of meat that lately I’ve been trying to avoid for a diet more healthy and eco-friendly, but this is material for another post), my mother´s of sponge cake, Torta Margherita (like daisy cake, for its colors white and yellow) that together with the cannelloni are a must for a typical Easter lunch in our house… and finally a nice pavlova with mixed fruit. The pavlova was necessary to dispose of white eggs advancing from the sponge cake. Oh, I forgot the appetizers: crostini with quail eggs and artichokes.
So we used a lot of eggs in this period and eggs are the international symbol of Easter is for this reason those the reason why I wanted to wish you a wonderful Easter with this pictures.
